The 10 CorrCoach features that actually change how you train

The features worth talking about are the ones that shorten the gap between your data, your next workout, and knowing why.

1-3: private AI, your lane, and real workouts

First is private AI planning. Your fitness data never gets sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models. Second is your lane — Tri, Go, Mi, or Oli — so we start from what you are actually training for instead of forcing everyone into one calendar.

Third is real workout structure. Every session in CorrCoach is something you can go run, bike, swim, brick, or lift. Recovery days count too, and sport-prep sessions show up when your lane calls for them.

    4-5: readiness and load management

Readiness helps us decide whether your body looks ready for today. Load management keeps your week from stacking hard stress without any recovery in between.

Together, they make adaptation feel practical. A rough night, a hard session, and a slow-building fatigue pattern all change the next workout in a way a static calendar just cannot.

6-7: race builds and route context

Race builds tie your plan to a real date and distance. They shape specificity, progression, when you taper, and which workouts matter most as the day gets closer.

Route context fills in the outdoor story. Hills, pace drift, the loop you always do, the terrain you can and cannot reach — all of it makes your workout review more useful than just miles and minutes.

8-9: imports and how workouts show up on your devices

A good endurance system pulls in what you already record. We support Apple Health and Strava where you connect them, dodge duplicates, and keep your local dates accurate.

Device execution matters too. Your iPhone, your Apple Watch, and the web all have different jobs. We keep the dense planning where it belongs and the workout cues readable when you are actually moving.

10: explanations that respect your time

The last one is plain language. We explain why a workout changed, which signal mattered, and what you can do next.

That is what turns data into real coaching. Without the explanation, even a smart adjustment feels random.

    Questions athletes ask

Which CorrCoach feature matters most for new users?

The decision loop — a plan, a workout, a result, and a clear reason for the next adjustment. Private AI, readiness, load, and routes all feed it.

Are all features available on every plan?

No. We use plan tiers and app modes. Public marketing shows the direction; the app and the pricing page show exactly what is available on your account today.
