Consumer Health Data Privacy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This notice covers consumer health data CorrCoach collects or processes when you use training, recovery, integrations, route, sleep, and wearable features. It supplements the main Privacy Policy.
Health data categories
CorrCoach may collect consumer health data you provide, record, or authorize through integrations. This can include workout history, planned workouts, completed sessions, heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, recovery scores, strain signals, soreness and readiness check-ins, route and GPS data, pace, power, cadence, elevation, derived head- and wrist-movement summaries from supported active workouts, device metadata, shoe and nutrition logs, and inferences derived from those records for training features. CorrCoach does not retain the raw headphone or wrist-motion sample stream.
Why we use it
We use consumer health data to operate CorrCoach, personalize plans, show scores and charts, support imports and exports, detect duplicate workouts, adapt training recommendations, support coaches and team seats with privacy-safe summaries, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and honor legal or account requests.
Sources and sharing
Sources can include you, your device, Apple Health, Health Connect, Apple Watch, Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, and other integrations you connect. Service providers may process limited data for hosting, support, email, payment, analytics, and integration operations under contract or product terms.
Apple Health and HealthKit data is used only for evident health and fitness functionality, service operation, and personalization you request. When Apple Health or Apple Watch sync is enabled, the specific categories you authorize may be transmitted to CorrCoach's backend and contracted service processors only to provide that requested health and fitness service. CorrCoach does not use this data for advertising, marketing, unrelated data mining, or eligibility decisions, and does not share it with data brokers.
CorrCoach does not sell consumer health data, does not share it for targeted advertising, and does not enable commercial export of personal health, workout, sleep, heart-rate, route, precise-location, or payment data. Any future sale, commercial disclosure, or partner research use would require a separate written authorization or explicit consent path, counsel review, vendor terms, launch approval, and server-side activation gates.
CorrCoach does not send athlete fitness data to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models. Training intelligence is processed through CorrCoach-controlled planning systems. Eligible Pro Data Lockdown coaching can run on a supported iPhone; other planning may use CorrCoach-hosted systems.
Your controls
You can revoke CorrCoach's Apple Health access from Apple Health or iOS privacy settings, disconnect other integrations where providers support it, change optional analytics and data-sharing settings, request export, request deletion, and contact CorrCoach about access, correction, withdrawal of consent, restriction, appeal, or deletion rights that apply in your region. Revoking access stops future collection from that source.
CorrCoach does not expose raw HealthKit records, precise routes, or private recovery signals to coaches, teams, or support operators by default. Coach and team features use scoped identity, schedule, attendance, completion, and privacy-safe summary data unless you separately authorize a broader workflow.
Geofencing and sensitive places
CorrCoach does not use geofences around healthcare facilities to identify, target, advertise to, or infer healthcare decisions about users. Route and location data is used for workout and training features when you record or import it.
